PROBLEMS VIEWING THE WEBCAMS?
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:
If you are using an older version of AOL (version 4
or below) to access the Internet, please do the following:
• Upgrade to the most recent version of AOL.

If you have the most recent version of AOL, and are
still having trouble viewing the webcam:
• Once you've logged onto AOL, open Internet Explorer or Netscape.
If you haven't upgraded your browser to the most recent version,
please do so at this time.
• Go back to our website, then try to view the webcams again.
If this is the first time accessing the webcams with Internet
Explorer or Netscape, it may take a few extra moments for the
images to appear. Also, if you are on a dial-up connection,
it might also take longer to view the webcams.
If you don't use AOL and can't see the webcams:
• Upgrade your browser to the most recent version available.
